I have scans and my next round of chemo this coming week. They're adding something to the chemo that I hope doesn't make me sicker. The Lord is with me, and I know that I'm in His hands.

It's 35F here in Central Oklahoma and the wind is 11 mph. It feels colder than that.

Dear Father, please heal and bless Tom and make the tumour shrink and finally disappear in Jesus precious name.
Our weather is going to be even wetter over the weekend. The weather people have named the storm Dennis.

A warm front came in here. It's 59F for a high with wind of 13 mph. It's supposed to get cold again tonight here in Central Oklahoma.

It has been warm and humid 29C with a warmish night ahead of 17C overnight and 33C tomorrow, my gosh I sound like a weather broadcaster!

The UK has had storm Dennis with lots of rain and fierce winds and floods. As usual our little patch has missed the worst of the weather and we have even had a little sun.

Yes, you must keep warm. Peter came shopping with me this morning to the supermarket and it was damp and chilly. The problem is, trying to stop him carrying things, he is so used to looking after me and can't get used to me looking after him.
The weather is rainy now, and the forecast is more rain over the next few days. So our heating is turned up as well.

Yep, Dennis has been a real menace here in the UK. We've escaped it but parts of the country have been severely hit, and more rain is due soon. I think our Government, and most governments, needs to do something about flood defences if we are going to have milder but wetter winters in the future.

A cold windy day but quite fine, in fact we went for a walk. Lots of daffodils and crocuses peeping through in the gardens, and bushes beginning to bud.

Our whole country is still in summer weather here, even though autumn is only a couple of days away. I am visitng my father at present and it is a bit cooler here than at home, for which I am very grateful.

I think it was yesterday when I felt that something was different - and then I realised it wasn't raining! I'd forgotten what the outside looked like when dry! Thankfully we have escaped the flooding but parts of the country are having severe problems.

Heavy rain all day, more on the way, we live near Manchester and at one time famous for the amount of rain that fell from the sky. It allowed the cotton to stretch in the factories as opposed to snapping. After 20 years of comparatively dry weather it is now reverting to wet, wet, wet.

Well, it has been a beautiful sunny day today, blue skies and a few clouds. There has been a cold wind, two scarf weather, and I had a time cutting and tidying up the garden.

The forecast is good all week, which will be helpful for the folks who have been flooded.
