How do I find that info on a 5G video iPod?

Plug it into your computer, go to the playlist "25 most played", and make sure they are in order by play count. The first one should be the most played.

If you don't have that playlist - Right click at the top where there is Name, Time, Artist and you'll get a list. Select play count and when it appears click on it so the songs are ordered from most played to least
