  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

OMM: Its odd how the human body works.

A normal day, fall asleep for an hour and a half..... wake up... barely awake and pass right back out.

Tonight.... go to sleep for an hour and a half with 5 more hours til having to be awake to go to work..........wide awake.



So.... its gonna be one of THOSE days today.....

I'm feeling sorry for girls on account of how awful it is they go through that time every month. Feeling sorry for myself on account of how when my girl can't sleep on account of that she texts me all night long.

I wish there was a way to hide the "New Threads" section at the side of the page. I'm tired of looking at threads I see there out of curiosity only to find things that offend and upset me. I need to start ignoring them somehow.

I also wonder if the "New Blog Posts" section that used to be there will come back?

There's a "Hide / Show Sidebar" button near the top of the page, which will automatically collapse the sidebar and New Threads section. It quickly closes it every time a page is loaded, but it works. =)

Yeah, it takes awhile lol. I somehow enabled that by accident awhile back and couldn't figure out what happened; it took me a few days to get used to.
