  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I didn't want to go through counseling again, but now I'm beginning to think it probably would be a good idea, if I can just get the right help.

I don't know what you went through to give you such crippling anxiety but if it's affecting the way you function in society, I think it would be an excellent idea to go through counseling and try to get yourself back on your feet again.

I don't know what caused it either, honestly, but maybe school. School was stressful from late 6th grade to early 10th grade, but when the anxiety first got bad, those days were already over and things were much easier. Still, with that and other issues, I know I need help.

Sometimes I think maybe I should go see my parents...but then I remember the day I left and how they treated me leading up to it...and I just get so angry and decide not to go at all. Like...I wanna see them...and at the same time no, I don't.

First episode of Peaky Blinders down. I'm not sure yet. I had a difficult time following it and the modern music they used to set the scenes was off-putting a bit. But I do love me some Cillian Murphy

Yes, this almost made me quit watching it. It took me until about episode 3. I still don't care for the modern music, but because I'm up to season 4 now I'm used to it. So I can't say it'll rub off on you, but it does become tolerable eventually. I do love the intro theme music/song and though.
