I'm doing a exercise routine I found off of Pinterest and there's a day of rest coming up day after tomorrow.. but honestly I feel like if I get the least bit of off time, I'll be like hmm well that was fun while it lasted! Lol

I don't want to over do it - but I want to continue doing a little of it (Maybe just the yoga on my routine off days) so I can still stay in the habit.

That's great! I hope this all works out for you in the end

Due to my scar tissue, I had to take a gradual approach so as not to trigger an episode. So I did about 10 minutes a day to start out and left Saturdays as my day of rest. About a week later I bumped up the 10 minutes to 15 minutes, so on and so forth. All for the sake of my sides lol!

You are not alone! I took a two month break from working out and successfully started up again at the beginning of November.

Suddenly report cards hit and this weekend has been less than successful. And instead of feeling guilty, or motivated to do better next week, I'm more of the mindset that perhaps I can just eat cake and accept the curves.

Ugh but health. No. We can do it! @Swan7 's advice is solid. Start small and build up

I'm just hoping everyone in the world can get along and be at peace. The events happening are terrifying .

Also, my computer science courses in college are starting to get really hard. Hopefully I can complete my degree.

Yeeep Im right there with you. lol I may or may not have just eaten a whole lot of food that I did not eat and probably wont help me in the end with my weight loss

Bahaha same here!

But in my defence, I have been working on report cards for almost 7 1/2 hours now. My eyes are blurry and I have lost track of which child is which. A couple of pieces of that Lindt chocolate bar was my only hope!

Why wasn't I born Toro T Zebraface instead of Toro T Bull?

Maybe if I were Z last name my teachers would have been blurry eyed and chocolate starved and they would have just given me the A (as in affert) instead of F (as in Fungi)

My teachers use to pass me just so they did not have to deal with me any more.

Thank goodness for teachers or I would never have known I was not very good at math and spelling.

I think my teachers were torn.... between getting rid of me so they didn't have to deal with me and morbidly curious wanting me to stick around for the laughs.

Except when I was in military school.... then they just straight up HATED my stubbornness, sarcasm and sense of humor. I could have been on fire and they wouldn't have spit on me to put it out. Which I guess is only fair cause if they were on fire......... Id have likely been the one holding the match.

You would have gotten high marks for critical thinking and creativity Sometimes when kids are that creative, I more kind and give them a B (for bahaha) or a C (for clever). See? Teachers have funny bones too!

Hey now, don't be so hard on yourself. By the end of the year teachers are tired of EVERY student
And they most likely wouldn't have stuck you in the same class again. That would be mean to both the teacher and you for having to suffer through it again.

As for math and spelling... bah. That's why they make calculators and autocorrect. Right?
Just don't tell any of my students.

That's the biggest one I've experienced so far! The walls, floor, pictures, everything was shaking. Such an unnerving feeling!
