I had a blackberry for two years, and I loved it...but I got tired of seeing the internet is strange columns.

I don't care. I love my phone I have now. I do miss the customization available on the blackberry though.

have you tried taking a hot shower? The steam may help.

Google "sinus nasal rinse." Lots of sites will tell you how to flush out your nose and feel better.

And what's on my mind is that maybe it's that I didn't get much sleep last night, but the sock accounts are getting on my nerves. I realize that they are fun for some people, but it's annoying and I feel played with. I hate pranks. I don't mean where someone is just starting over with a new account (though I wish I knew who that person was originally, too). I'm talking about the ones that are almost trollish in nature. I've noticed at least two (one that is not even trying to be subtle about being a sock) of those, with a third being a strong possibility and a fourth with a naughty username that got quickly banned. At first I was slightly amused and curious who the socks were, but now it makes me want to just stay away 'til they get bored and drift off. Though all of the socks did lead to a fun private conversation.

I did google the sinus rinse at the suggestion of my cousin. WOO Facebook! And I did it for a few minutes (using a sports bottle. LOL) but it made me feel like I was drowning. I will try some more in a little while. It did relieve some pressure already, though, so I'm excited to see if it works more. I didn't use salt because I don't have any that wasn't normal table salt. I may have to go buy some sea salt later.

When I've done it in the past, I used either a store bought mix (with a kit that included a special squeezable bottle) or later used table salt. If it doesn't really help, you probably have a full blown infection and the rinse can't help much with that...though it is great just for regular sinus congestion.
