I'm thinking about Japan and the horrors they've seen in the last two days.

I'm thinking about my foster son, and trying to figure out how to parent him in an effective way.

I'm thinking about my friend, and hoping that God increases the blessings in his life. I spend a good deal (maybe 50%) of time thinking about and praying for him.

It's about two geeky brothers who do crazy stuff each day all summer long (build a rollercoaster, become a super hero, etc). Phineas always says, "Ferb, I know what we're going to do today." And then they proceed to do whatever outrageous thing it is.

I've tasted the reality of friends who run in the intellectuals circle (even if non-christian); I've tasted the reality of Christians who believe and minister in the gifts of the Spirit; I've tasted the reality of those who have a heart for making a difference in the world. Now only if I could have some divine appointments to meet more of those people who would make good close connections/friends/allies. It's kind of like having seen some nice fish in a lake. You want to catch them; you know they are there; it's just a matter of acquiring the right skills and favor to catch them.
