I have had two important influences in my life.
My good brother in the Lord, Charles Browning a Christian counselor I used to work for and my good friend Diane who has stuck by me through thick and thin. Always lifting me up and making me put my eyes back on Jesus.

Chicken Paprikas and homemade dumplings.
Don't have the recipe for it though.

One of our favorites is chicken and spaetzle (I think that's the German equivilant).
