I doubt there will be a proper dinner today, as I will go to a meeting in a couple of hours, and I have just baked 36 carrot cupcakes that I will decorate with cream cheese frosting in a little while. May I will sample a cupcake or two, lol

Dinner was and is a Sweet and Sour Chicken banquet dinner and now I'm waiting for the oven to heat up for some tater tots

As a single man, im not really sure anymore when dinner really is. I havn't for some time now.
Plus, I work midnights (and evenings - second job).
So, im not sure.
I woke up, got ready for work, grabbed a protien bar on the way out of the apt. and headed to work (evening job) grabbing a coffee on the way. On the way home, I grabbed a coffee and a hot and spicy from McD, went to the gym and had a coffee and a protien bar after I left the gym.
Got ready for work (again - midnight job) left the apt. grabbed a coffee on the way to work. Got to work, had a protien bar followed by 6 turkey and chedder sausage links throughout the night with 6 pieces of bread and some ketchup, and more coffee.
