Aww man...that sounds really good! And you could pile all that between two pancakes and do a "griddle cake." ;) I've actually made them already and they are quite good! Just need to add grits to the concoction...

All of the above plus cheddar or American cheese, salt, pepper and Tabasco, served on a toasted English muffin.

I have all those ingredients (I think!) except for the grits...
