The only ones i've seen are Inu Yasha and Cowboy Bebop and i've really liked them all. but i dont get cable or satelite, so Ryder ends up buying them for me so i can watch them!

Marmalade Boy, Ranma 1/2, and Kare Kano are some of my all time favorites. I highly recomend them to you Blessed. 
All three of them are romances, but Ranma 1/2 is more on the comical side.
If you are interested in Ramna 1/2, I should warn you that there is some nudity in there. But believe it or not, I think it's needed because that's what not only brings humor into the manga, it also shows a basic plot.
See in the manga, this boy named Ranma fell into this magic spring while he was with his father on a special marshal arts training quest, so now everytime cold water is poured on him, he turns into a girl. It sounds confusing but trust me, if you read the first book, it's not that bad. It's actually a really great manga.
Marmalade Boy and Kare Kano are both about teenage romance, and friendship. Very good manga.

haven't seen GateKeepers..
anyone seen "Scrapped Princess"? it's really good! set in medieval time but with technology, and it gets quite emotional towards the end.
