Huh, you have no doubts that it is the supreme god. God represents the creator. Well, when the creator wants to reveal himself to you, how do you think he cannot convince himself as the real one?

There is no way to reconcile such a command with the God I serve; that is, at this time, there is no way to accept He would (or could) do this, given the revelation of Himself as it stands - but, in a purely 'hypothetical, not connected to reality' kind of way, trying to address the (possibly loaded) question, based ONLY on God's attribute, and not His revelation thus far to man,
I would obey.
My God is omnipotent - therefore, He can do anything Himself, and does not need me to do it.
My God is omniscient - therefore, He knows whether I will obey or not, and so He is not testing my faith (for Himself).
The only test remaining would be mine; I would need to learn what lesson God would be teaching me.

I would have to do some serious praying not to be sick to my stomach. Killing is repulsive. But God is "Lord and Sovereign" so, yes I would.
Fortunately, the Scriptures of my religion preclude any possibility of God actually telling me to do this, so if I try it, slap me in a straightjacket real quick.

It would be impossible for god to just walk up to someone and ask them to kill someone because he would be have to change his previous revelation.

I think most Christians would ultimately do what God asks, but you are allowed to argue with God (though it's for your own benefit, not his). Abraham, Moses, and Paul all argued with God at one point or another. When God chose to destroy Sodom, Abraham questioned whether God was right to do so. Moses and Paul both argued with God when they were chosen to be his messengers.
So if God told someone to kill in his name, it certainly wouldn't be wrong to argue with him. Indeed, it might be a good thing, because he would then convince you why he is right.

If a deity came and told me to go and kill a perfectly good person in what can be considered cold blood, I would have to decline.
If there was one true supreme grand-poohbah god, Id still have to decline. I would have no will or intention to serve an entity that favored killing perfectly good people in such a fashion.
I find nothing wrong with killing in self defence or defence of another or even killing in war, but murdering someone in cold blood with no honor or potentially viable reason (a single entity saying "kill person x doseent count as viable to me) at all is not on my "acceptable" list.

Some of the responses make me feel less than safe with Christians. Methinks it might be time to move somewhere where the people don't listen to voices in their heads which order them to kill.
(I would say no, btw. God would know about my no-murder policy and would have forseen my response, so he wouldn't have asked in the first place.)

Most definitely not! If "god" can't provide me with enough tangible evidence to warrant me killing this person, then there's no way I'm killing them! "God" can take my life if he doesn't like my choice. I'm QUITE frightened by some of the responses.

I would flat out refuse. My neighbor is a good man and has not done anything to harm me and I refuse to get into ANYONE's beefs. Plus Im very nonplussed to be doing God a favor

It depends on what you mean by asks. Based on my definition of God, the equivalent to God asking one to do something, simply translates to the idea that I am thinking about killing someone. It would depend on the circumstances. I'd like to think that I would never kill someone, and do everything in my power to save someone's life. But if it is destined to happen, then there is not much I can do about it. My view is that I don't have a choice. If I was meant to kill someone, then I will kill someone. If I wasn't then I will not. So I would say no to this question simply because I'm not sure what "asks" means, and I believe I am past "the perception of being evil" segment of my perceived linear spiritual development.
