Iraq and specifically Saddam, are of a secular state in nature. And you see, this is the problem, people can't tell the difference between Iraq and terrorists, fundamentalistic Islam and those terrorists groups who are bread from those countries, and Saddam and Iraq. There are Christian churches in Iraq. People have been told this often enough that they don't know what the truth is.

I think you know my point: if the US has used WMD before on other countries, on what basis does it seek to try enemy troops who use it on their soldiers as war criminals?

AFTER the US takes over Iraq they will put nuclear warheads in the country to protect it. If there were no weapons of mass destruction before there sure will be afterwards.....
