What would be the 1 question you want to ask God?

If you had a chance to speak face to face with God and ask him one important for you question, then what would it be?

I think I'd ask about what would be one universal truth that everyone on the Planet would agree about that could point them to believing in God.

What would you ask?

My question to God would be...

How many chucks would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?

And them await his answer, as it has always eluded me.

Just kidding, of course ;)

To be honest, I'd ask if I could see my Daddy again for one minute to say goodbye. He died when I was only 12, and I only met him in person once.

*shrugs*

That was touching.

Rob, the next time you see your Daddy, you will be saying "Hello", not "Goodbye".

(1 Th 4:13-14) But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. {14} For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.

The only way God can bring them with Him, is if they are with Him.

(1 Th 4:18) Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

I hope it is.

Back in the very early 70s my 4 year old daughter gave me the answer to that one:

"He could chuck as much wood as a Woodchuck could, if a Woodchuck could chuck wood."

I was dumbfounded at the words of a wisdom from a child.

My Question to the Lord is:

"How long Oh Lord?"

But then I already know the response:

Revelation 6:11 And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.

Blessings,

Dad Ernie

Why, why, why did You create misquitoes?
ha ha ha ha ha. :D :D :D Good one!!!

Aww! That made me sad. I would like to see my Daddy too. He died about 5 years ago....but I do know that when I am face to face with the Lord I'll be able to see my Daddy as much as I want.....and you too. I can't wait to dance and sing and have fun with the Lord. Have any of you ever seen the Revolutionary?? They make him look so loveable and sweet. I hope he's really like that. One part of the movie, he kisses somebody and he makes a (mmmmmm smack) noise. It was so cute!! I love you Jesus!!
"He could chuck as much wood as a Woodchuck could, if a Woodchuck could chuck wood."
Wow, she was smart!! That was hilarious. he he.
I would ask about why he let Eve eat the fruit from the garden of Eden..
Yeah really - why did he put that darn tree there in the first place. ha ha ha.

My question would be: Why did you take our judgment on the cross? I'm sure we could have worked something else out. he he.

Well this trully is one of the questions people ask. "Why redemption by blood? Wasn't there another way?"
