The military is not meant to be an occupation force. They are not trained to do what they are doing in Iraq.

Where you ever in the military? If you were then...what a foolish statement. If you weren't then I can at least chuck it up to ignorance. I proudly served in the military during Desert Storm and I can assure you that the United States Military (ALL BRANCHES) are most-definately trained for what they are doing in Iraq! September 11th's main cause was the fact that the Clinton/ Gore Administration turned a blind eye to terrorism while in office.

On December 30 ,2001, the New York Times published a report entitled: "Planning for terror ,but failing to Act", illustrating the fact that Clinton did almost nothing to crack down on terrorism after the bombing of the WTC in 1993.

In 1996, a state department dossier spelled out Bin Laden's operation and his anti-american intentions.

Clinton chose not to act.

George Stephanopolous even said that adminstration never cared about protecting the nation from terrorism.

Sudan offered Osama Bin Laden to Clinton 3 times on a platter, and Clinton refused.

I think it is verry clear who is responsible for September 11th.
