Cooked--used loosey--vegetable shortening, to mix with sugar and other ingredients, so I could bake:

Chocolate chip-banana (dessert) bars for my husband.

Or, oh, duh: French-style pancakes for myself, late yesterday afternoon, for myself (yummy with low-sugar strawberry jam and butter, rolled up and eaten like a soft taco)
