Studying at Uni of Melb how many years does it take to do the course you will be doing?

Three years full time to do the BA; with a fourth year honours program available as an option to consider (but there are certain pre-requisites with that depending on what you want to do). My goal is to become a clinical psychologist and so I actually need to complete the honours program (usually available as a Commonwealth Supported Place) or a Graduate Diploma (the Grad Dip actually being full-fee paying though you can claim FEE-HELP from the government - I think) and then move onto post-graduate study.

If you are interested the handbook is available online at http://handbook.unimelb.edu.au If that link doesn't work then perhaps the general website will be of assistance.

I'm studying commerce at Newcastle, not a bad uni though parking sucks...

i don't want to study =( i want to sit down and do NOTHING ALL DAY... maybe just watch tv or something...

Believe me, it's overrated... :sigh: :sorry: Just about to start uni again and I can't wait ... been bored out of my mind during the holidays - I mean, there's only so many computer games you can play and DVDs you can watch before you almost loose your mind. I've been searching for traineeships, got close a few times, but at any rate, we'll see what happens.

Man, as long-term career strategies, none of those are any good.

Get your ass to class. :p
