Team Grace: just started transfering the finished images into our second account....and sorting them trough once they're there....next step will be creating a new thread for posting finished stuff only - probably will need one person in charge there....
if we finish anything we could add them to the old account in a subalbum named finished (or something similar) and the person responsible for the finished graphics thread in the forum here could move them to the other account, sort them in there and then post them...this way we could keep track of what has alrady been published in the forum and keep the account tidy at the same time....

- also there is some talk now that we have access to the P3TZ site and most of us can see what options are available including a means of putting the pets to permanent sleep (in particular those that have been abandoned one year +) that I feel we maybe ought to have some dialog and discussion about. we are usually tight on workers as it is and alleviating any possible busy work would be well appreciated I am sure. I know that the upper admin actually controls which of these features will be allowed or disabled, but I think as the pets forums servants we should have a voice in the matter just as there is a space on the home page to suggest new features/forums etc. again we wont know what the actual scoop is going to be on these pets til we come back up but while we are donw I just wanted to throw this out there for us to think about while we are down.
my opinion:
1) good idea...since they need to code most of the stuff anyway we could suggest that they add a message to putting your pet up for adoption that tells owners about the pets chance sbeing bigger the smaller the amount asked and that pets usually get deleted at the end of the month (if they will still get deleted with the new system)....and maybe add one that advertises adoption to the page where they can create new pets as well

think we really need a leader again....
and I really like the idea of welcoming new pet owners....once we know how the new system works we can work on a new petFAQ with the most important things (probably wants posting as a sticky in the main forum then) and we could add a link to that in the welcoming message....this is a really brilliant idea though we would still have to work out who sends the message - maybe an automatic message like when you donate blessings
altough I don't know how much extra work coding that would be
and it might be better to have a personal one in which case the worker looking after the pet should send it together with some info on what petrescuers do/ don't do and introducing themselves as the one checking on their pet....

not deleting anything yet just moving stuff over to the other account....
3) ideal time for spring cleaning now....one idea i had is write down the official opinion of cfpetrescue on some of the hot issues like not feeding pets etc. so that when issues arise in the main forum we have some place to look up the official guidelines...hope that makes sense - sort of a discussion guide on pet topics for pet workers....
4) I haven't had a look at the site yet - could someone post the link?
as for putting pets to sleep I think we would have to discuss that - if they have the feature in the version we'll get on here...probably have a poll to deside how we're going to handle this....
