Brandon - I have been a Phillies and an Eagles fan since the 60's. You don't know misery...
The Phillies have the MOST total losses in the history of major league baseball. They didn't win a World Series until '80. THIS has been their best time ever.
The Eagles haven't won a championship since '60 - BEFORE there even was a Super Bowl.
My advise - Buck up.

Tom - YES - That's what we heard also. As I just said to Brandon, their history hasn't been very good, so to "steal" someone away from the Yankees was a MAJOR achievement in the history of the Phillies.

I love the Chicago area weather except at time's it will be like -20 in the winter and up to a 100 or so in the summer.

However for football games I love going to Soldier Field during a snow game.

I'm a diehard fan of the Eagles and the Phillies.
I'm not a diehard fan but I hope that the Flyers and the Sixers do well - although the Sixers stink.
I don't follow college sports much, but maybe you do.

I hope you read this before the game but I am a huge Packer fan livin in cheeseheadland. And yes, I believe the Pack will beat the Eagles and Michael Vick in a very hard fought game. Philly's got a good team and is worthy to go further in the playoffs but the Pack will win.

Prediction for Super Bowl is the Green Bay Packers vs Baltimore Ravens.

I also absolutely love the Milwaukee Brewers this year and believe they will win the NL central this coming year. Philly is probably still too strong on pitching for the Brewers to win the NL penent but I wouldn't be too surprised to see the Brewers win it all.

Basketball, I don't care; Hockey I don't care but I always love to see the Buffalo Sabres in the championship! Buffalo all the way man!!

When it comes to the NCAA, Badgers all the way!!

Believe it or not, it was being reported that the Miami owner was offering him 8 milliom a year to coach. All this at the sametime he still had his current head coach on the job! I'm starting to wonder if this guy isn't Al Davis's brother.

I don't know, after the Bills lost 4 Super Bowls in a row I guess I've always felt sorry for the fans and will always root for their teams to win it all.

Denver Broncos! Yes it was a bad year but I'm not a die hard fan either. I guess it would be different if they were paying me! Since I don't play for them, I can't see any reason for me to jump on a band wagon and bash them when they are doing bad.

I am an Army Bratt so I grew up all over the place. I went to college in CO so sort of got stuck there. I used to like the Baltimore Colts then they left. I sorta followed the Red Skins when I was a kid back when Riggens played. I half way like the Eagles now because I like watching Vick play. But I still find myself cheering for Denver. Made it to a game last year when I was in Denver for a "conference". My mom still lives in CO Spngs.

Nope, I do like the team logo though (its my initials). Don't watch too much basketball either. I think sports and ESPN are starting to turn into every other reality show that we see on TV. I tend to watch cycling when I can catch it and there is plenty of drama there with all the drug allegations every time you turn around.
