The wind was a torrent of darkness upon the gusty trees,
The moon was a ghostly galleon tossed upon cloudy seas,
The road was a ribbon of moonlight looping the purple moor,
And the highwayman came riding--
Riding--riding--
The highwayman came riding, up to the old inn door
.

Ooo. The Highwayman by Alfred Noyes. I remember that poem! I was in sixth grade and I had to memorize the entire story-poem (not just the four lines here--it was long--15 or more stanzas) and recite it from memory in front of the class. I still remember it--especially this part (suddenly spoken in a conspirational whisper like telling a ghost story):

"And still of a winter's night, they say, when the wind is in the trees,
When the moon is a ghostly galleon tossed upon cloudy seas,
When the road is a ribbon of moonlight over the purple moor,
A highwayman comes riding--riding--riding--
A highwayman comes riding, up to the old inn door."

There's another stanza, and although I know that the poet is long gone, I'm afraid of copyright laws (besides I have taken enough of your time).

Anyway, thanks for the memories!

I wanted to show you what the power of your prayer united does, by showing you this video. Although this video is not our hospital, it tells the same story.

In our Neonatal ICU we have many babies that have congenital heart defects. They are flown in from all over the world because of our top pediatric thoracic surgeons.

I have the privilege and honor to pray silently over each baby as I pass by their isolate every day I work. Right now I am praying the hardest for two babies, little Anna and baby Pierce. Both whom are very premature, and in critical condition.
