I hjust started using burts bees tomato complexion soap and tomato toner.
but they are devine, i have oily skin, but it can be really sensitive at teh same time.
This stuff is ausome , my skin feels wonderful after i use it!
They seel "head to tow" kits which is what i got, with trial sized, i am pourchasing the full sized when these are almost out. I plan to get their moisturizer and eyegel soon as well.
isn't that drying? maybe for men this would be fine but ivory soap is really drying. we don't even use it on my step kids because it leaves them itchy. hot water not good for skin either.
I just love Aveeno products for skin. I find that it really keeps your skin moist for a long period. I put it on before I go to bed, and when I wake up in the morning, my skin still feels moist as though I had just put it on.
I use the IQ skincare system but I don't think it's available in countries outside South Africa. But I'm also a big fan of Beauty Cycle products from the company Amway.
I have acne prone skin and try to use the most natural products out there without breaking the budget. Desert Essence is good as is DIY mask made of Greek yogurt, honey, and egg white. If I have the money, I will also splurge on some AHAVA products. Their beauty serum is quite amazing!
Nature and good nutrition.
Sea Salt as a gentle all body exfoliation scrub. Followed by a spray of mineral water infused with Calendula, Comfrey and Chamomile.
Lot's of mineral water to drink. And mostly raw vegetable diet, with fresh fruits intermittently. Frozen, fresh fruits are invigorating during those heat waves we've been having.
No petroleum based products, like baby oil which is also known as "petrolatum". I read ingredient lists on all OTC toiletries and stay away from sodium laurel sulfates, flormaldahyde - which is labeled as Panthenol. And propylene glycol, which is anti-freeze.Which is found in many toothpastes, mouthwash, snacks, processed foods, pet foods & treats,etc...
You can go for natural skincare products lacking hard chemicals and high in organic ingredients. Simply you can use mild lotions and creams that are meant to give you supple skin.. above all you should also follow a healthy diet plan as what we eat, that's all is reflected on our skin.......
I find both Aubrey Organics, out of Tampa Florida and BWC-Beauty Without Cruelty, are very good if you want manufactured quality safe products, free of cruel animal testing.
Forgot. I should have mentioned Paul Mitchell hair care products too.
I've used Neutrogena Acne Wash for 16 years. I don't have acne, I just never stopped using it. As far as creams, I use Origins. I LOVE Origins. Oil of Olay 7X is good too.
