I just met a girl and I started to text her but I very new to texting women who I am interested in. I am the type of person who can not get up the nerves to call her but over time will. Can I get some help or advice on what to text and how to sound mature due to fact I am 33 and she is 30. Thank you

In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Tons of selfies. Just non-stop selfies, preferably shirtless selfies. You should try bodybuilder poses in the mirror to start off with and then just go nuts from there.

There's just nothing as classy as a shirtless selfie taken in the mirror while making a classic Arnold pose. Ya gotta show her the goods and make her want to put a deposit down stat.

Personally I think that kind of selfie is a turn off. I am more interested in what you got going on on the inside. Much rather have a look at what God has done in there.

Peruse her mind, ask her deep and intersting questions about herself...what she dreams about, what's her favorite activities, if she likes mellow dates or active ones, what she's looking for in a relationship. Tons of things to talk about...just be cool about everything. She'll test your ability to handle anger at some point.

Some people really have no sense of humor. But then again you're 33 on the internet for "how to" advice on talking to a girl, maybe the shirtless selfie isn't such a bad idea.

Thanks for the advice guys and besides it does not matter how old I am the older you are the more mature you are and I do not want to waste this chance. (I can take a joke yet I wish i would put only serious advice due to the fact I am a very serious guy)
