What should I do?

My 3 year old goes to her fathers every other weekend (court order) today she told me her dad and tara*dads gf* smoke weed. They also have a new born in the house. So obviously they do it around her if she knows about it right? What should I do about this?

I think you have to tell the court or authorities what she said. Your daughter's welfare comes first, and that of their baby.

Another option might be to confront him about it, but only if you think he is likely to respond to that.

Generally activities of dubious legal nature, are solid grounds to revise court orders.

So you either have the option of civilly discussing it with the father, or the lawyers involved in the original court order.

if talking to him is not easy and it will not be good communication face to face, then write him a letter. That is not ok to do that in front of children, while you cannot control what he does, you can with what he does while your child is with him. But bring it up before going straight to court. Hope it goes well.
