There isn't any.
I would say that it makes no difference whether homosexuality is genetic, environmental, or a 'choice' (or some combination of these). In a democracy, people are free to make choices, as long as they do not harm others; and they should not be denied human rights for having made those choices, simply because other people don't like what they have chosen.

There is no genetic causation that has yet been found. Sorry.
This is a number that I saw long ago offline and you will find it frequently repeated by various sources on the 'net. However, a study I did find is "Are Transvestites Necessarily Heterosexual" by Bonnie Bullough and Vern Bullough. In it they find that less than 10% of crossdressing men are homosexual. I also found "Comparison of Transvestism in Australia and America" by Neil Buhrich, M.B.B.S.; D.P.M.; M.R.C. Psych.; M.D.1 and Trina Beaumont, B.Sc.2; which also supports this percentage.Uhh, where did you get this figure???

But do people that oppose homosexuality and the encouraging of it, do they get free speech rights to counter gay arguments and to offer "questioning youth" other "choices?"
Of course they do. The problem is that "Free speech rights" does not mean "Freedom from consequences of speech". If people dislike you for what you say, your freedom to say it has not been infringed upon.
Then I must be the free-est person on these boards.
And my opposition to gay activism is only just beginning.
I get my own class soon.
You just want to be able to yell "Movie!" at a crowded fire hall.
Andy,
Bravo.
I 100% agree with you.

What choices do you plan on offering a questioning youth who is, or thinks he/she might be, gay?
David.
The odds are that they are not. That the culture is saying that they are just for thinking about it. Stuff like that.
