Yep, maintain the rights they already have, which are the same as everyone else.9. All the rights that straight people enjoy, except the right to marry their partners.
Whatever other arguments you may or may not have for your claims against homosexuality, this argument does not hold water. Otherwise you are saying that Paul was in error when he said it was better not to marry. Or that God made a mistake when a woman is barren or her husband is sterile. If an exception can be made in your blanket statement for these examples, then there is no logical reason why the same exception can't be made for homosexuality.
To me as a gay person, "homosexuality" is certainly NOT a "satanic deception." It's the expression of love between committed same-sex couples. It's right for us. It's an expression of the love of God.People are admonished to remain single to serve God more fully--that is Paul's view and he says so. It is a good view.
Sterile or infertile people are so as a result of living in a fallen world. Nothing to do with God whatsoever.
Homosexuality circumvents God's perfect design, so you have no argument for it. It os so obviously a satanic deception.
God's word plainly condemns it, and only a perverse mind accepts it.

But you have put in an exception in your poll choice. You have said "except the right to marry their partners." That's not the same as everyone else.

My belief is that God created us and loves us all. That includes gay people. There is nothing right about it and God hates it. He is nowhere near it. He tells us to flee immorality.
You need to come up with some authoritative reason for your beliefs. You obviously have no trust in the Word of God...so where is your authority?
A question for those who voted for something other than equality
Can you please explain how you can justify blatant discrimination?
p.s. i didnt vote since that wasn't an option
You don't believe that #9 covers that, Jet?
No, the question was "what rights do homosexuals deserve to have" , they deserve to have the same rights that everyone has, regardless of sexual choice, race, religion, favorite food, etc. Unfortunately for them, the civil system federally is set in a way that only recognizes a heterosexual marriage, perhaps partly biblical and partly as a means to identify potential growing families. Either way, we all should have the right to vote, and the right to be married. Its not my fault that the govt does not recognize gay marriage.
This just falls back on the original unsubstantiated belief that people are born gay. Leading from that idea, it can attempt to justify homosexual action in the eyes of God and then gay marriage as valid.
Just wait, lets say the gay marriage passes federally, 10 years later, the argument will be "well the government allows gay marriages, and we are supposed to respect our government, so it must be ok"

Actually I think you misunderstood my post, I never stated that I think they deserve the right to marry one another, I just stated that they deserve the same rights that everyone else has.I am surprised you believe that homosexuals need the right to marry each other. That is asking for special rights that no one else has. It undermines the family, and God doesn't recognize it.
