I think the Lord's purpose of the Millenial Reign is to show mankind that, this is how is is supposed to work.
I definitely think that motive is in there.
Plus He still has unfulfilled prophecy about the enlargement of Israels borders.
What about the unfulfilled purpose for a large majority of Christins.
There will be a dispenisation like "summer school" where remedial lessons of sanctification
god will carry out. It will have different flavor from the dealings during the church age.

This is during the thousand years. And it is called "the outer darkness".
We as those justfied for the gift of eternal life do not want to experience "the outer darkness."
We should look to the Lord to dave us from any darkness even today in the age of grace.
I suppose that this will all be post rapture, so all the Christians (Saints) that come back to earth with Him would have already been transformed into their new spiritual body. We'll all have bodies like Jesus resurected body. Supernatural.
In the air Christ will conduct "the judgment seat of Christ" to make decision which of the saved
will be rewarded and which will be disciplined.

It is amazing how it is assumed after the Second Coming of Christ the wise Father has no way else
to perfect His children. It surprising how many assume God's hands are tied and He could not
FURTHER work on children who still need it.

Anyway, Christ will choose who has overcome to accompany Him in the millennial reign
and who will go to further perfection in "the outer darkness."

We do not have all the details. But we should assume that where Christ reigns upon earth is a realm of light.
And where He has to reserve someplace outside of that sphere could be called both "outer" and "dark" in comparison.
Thus the phrase from His own lips - "outer darkness."

But human babies will continue to be born before and during the millenium. And it is these humans that we rule and reign over on earth for 1000 years. I suppose this is when how it is said, the meek will inherit the earth!
Say a word if you can about those myriads born during the millennial kingdom who nonetheless are deceived once more.
I mean some even after seeing all the good Christ has done for the earth, will still be deceived to follow Satan once he
is loosed for a little while after the millennium.

Isn't that strange? It appears that the Devil still has some use to God to expose something in some people
just before he goes off to his eternal destiny in the lake of fire.

And cast him into the abyss and shut it and sealed it over him, that he might not deceive the nations any longer until the thousand years were completed; after these things he must be loosed for a little while. (Rev. 20:3) . . .

And when the thousand years are completed, Satan will be released from his prison
And will go out to deceive the nations which are in the four corners of the earth,

Gog and Magog, to gather them together for the war. Their number is like that of the sand of the sea.

And they went up upon the breadth of the earth and surrounded the camp of the saints and the beloved city; and fire came down out of heaven and devoured them. And the devil, who deceived them, was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where also the beast and the false prophet were; and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever. (vs. 7-10)

How else do you test a beta version of the Kingdom?

Could you put just a few more words of what you mean on that?
Well supposedly the thousand years then the temporary release of the Tempter to test of our new natural immunity for both mankind and most importantly the system, makes total sense. The religious vax we have had since the Garden has never been effective, prevented transmission or guaranteed immunity to the adversarial spirit. Therefore in the new Kingdom that follows, the system will be shown as tried and true and most likely immune to any future adversarial challenges that may arise.

Christ reigns as King and Lord right now, having received Kingdom and everlasting dominion as the Son of Man.

When He comes, it is not to establish a temporary kingdom on earth; but to Judge, for His reign is forever and ever.

In Philippians chapter 2 St. Paul writes (possibly quoting an ancient hymn) about how Christ came in humility as a slave, and that God has exalted Him by seating Him in glory so that every knee will bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. The exaltation of the Messiah was His Ascension and being seated at the right hand of the Father.

Jesus, who is true God, did not need to be exalted--He is already from all eternity Lord and King of everything. The exaltation of the Messiah is the fulfillment of the Scriptures, that the Son of Man would be given everlasting dominion and kingdom, that the Messiah would sit on the throne of David forever. This is the enthronement of the Messiah as King, ushering in what was promised long ago by the Prophets; and is fulfilled even now through the Church as the kingdom of God is proclaimed through the Gospel of our salvation.
When the Lord returns, it is in consummation.

As C.S. Lewis once said, when the author of the play comes on stage and gives a bow, the show is over, curtains closed. The whole drama that has been unfolding since the Fall, God's whole and entire work of redeeming, healing, and saving His creation has been made whole--"new heavens and new earth". Forever shall God be with us, and us with God.

I enjoyed your post. But Christ did need to be exalted.
For though He was God in eternity past He had not yet become mingled with humanity to be God-man.
He first brought God into man. Then He brought man into God.
He first clothed His divinity with humanity.
Then He became the all-inclusive, all-incompasing God imparting life giving Spirit as the Head of a new humanity of God-men.

Christ resurrected and ascended with something He had not - the human nature.
That was exalted by God the Father and placed upon the eternal throne.
That incarnated, crucified, resurrected, glorified, and ascended nature He will never put away for eternity.

He could have exalted Himself based on His having divinity. He could have done that even if He
had failed to die. But though He had the ground to re-exalt Himself based on His divinity He allowed
the Father to do that exalting of Him.

And being found in fashion as a man, He humbled Himself, becoming obedient even unto death, and that the death of a cross.
Therefore also God highly exalted Him and bestowed on Him the name which is above every name,

That in the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth,

And every tongue should openly confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father. (Phil. 2:8-11)

The Triune God has passed through a process in which -
1.) The word became flesh (John 1:14)
2.) The last Adam became a life giving Spirit. (1 Cor. 15:45b)
