what program makes animated gifs?

I use Corel WEB.MOVE for movie files in avi format but when I tried to make a GIF out of it once the timing was wacko.

I've made my animations with Paint Shop Pro 7. It's a little work, but it's not too bad.

use photoshop, FlashMX, Abode Premiere, or Paint shop Pro. I think you can get trials for them all but i'm not sure.
