So I guess Jesus magically appeared here on earth in the form of man with no help whatsoever? And then if it had nothing to do with Mary then why is Mary's role in his birth so prominent to begin with?
Because this was a sign from God as we read
Isa 7:10 Then the LORD spoke again to Ahaz, saying,
Isa 7:11 "Ask a sign for yourself from the LORD your God; make it deep as Sheol or high as heaven."
Isa 7:12 But Ahaz said, "I will not ask, nor will I test the LORD!"
Isa 7:13 Then he said, "Listen now, O house of David! Is it too slight a thing for you to try the patience of men, that you will try the patience of my God as well?
Isa 7:14 "Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, a virgin will be with child and bear a son, and she will call His name Immanuel.

Prophecy fulfilled. This is why we read of this. We also read where prophecy is fulfilled in many other places.

Here is some more fulfilled.
Psa 69:7 Because for Your sake I have borne reproach; Dishonor has covered my face.
Psa 69:8 I have become estranged from my brothers And an alien to my mother's sons.
Psa 69:9 For zeal for Your house has consumed me, And the reproaches of those who reproach You have fallen on me.

Joh 7:1 After these things Jesus was walking in Galilee, for He was unwilling to walk in Judea because the Jews were seeking to kill Him.
Joh 7:2 Now the feast of the Jews, the Feast of Booths, was near.
Joh 7:3 Therefore His brothers said to Him, "Leave here and go into Judea, so that Your disciples also may see Your works which You are doing.
Joh 7:4 "For no one does anything in secret when he himself seeks to be known publicly. If You do these things, show Yourself to the world."
Joh 7:5 For not even His brothers were believing in Him.

Well then I guess it should be studied because it is part of doctrine as is many other prophecies that were fulfilled. Like that of our Saviour coming in the first place. That too is part of our Theology and it was prophetic in nature, but in your reference it should not be examined because it was just that prophecy only and not part of our teachings and doctrines.

This is why I put in the DEFINITION of Theology in the first place. To show that the study of how Jesus came to be and Mary's role in that is part of our teachings and Doctrines and therefore does have a place in the Theology section of the board. Just as all the Biblical Prophecies do because of how they influence how we render our beliefs.

Your reference to Psalms is King David

This magnificent and truly sublime ode is supposed, with much probability, to have been composed by David, and sung at the removal of the ark from Kirjath-jearim.

Joh 7:1 After these things, Jesus walked in Galilee: for he would not walk in Judea, because the Jews sought to kill him.
Joh 7:2 Now the Jews feast of tabernacles was at hand.
Joh 7:3 And his brethren said to, him: Pass from hence and go into Judea, that thy disciples also may see thy works which thou dost.
Joh 7:4 For there is no man that doth any thing in secret, and he himself seeketh to be known openly. If thou do these things, manifest thyself to the world.
Joh 7:5 For neither did his brethren believe in him.
Joh 7:6 Then Jesus said to them: My time is not yet come; but your time is always ready.
Joh 7:7 The world cannot hate you: but me it hateth, because I give testimony of it, that the works thereof are evil,

Here it is evident that he is speaking to His Apostles not his KIN or actual Brothers.... As many times he called His disciples his Brethren.

John is also noted for talking in the third personage when he writes in this book especially.

It is also a prophecy and we see it being fulfilled. The Old testement is the foreshadow of Christ. Here is some more.
Psa 69:9 For zeal for Your house has consumed me, And the reproaches of those who reproach You have fallen on me.

Joh 2:15 And He made a scourge of cords, and drove them all out of the temple, with the sheep and the oxen; and He poured out the coins of the money changers and overturned their tables;
Joh 2:16 and to those who were selling the doves He said, "Take these things away; stop making My Father's house a place of business."
Joh 2:17 His disciples remembered that it was written, "ZEAL FOR YOUR HOUSE WILL CONSUME ME."

And this has to do with this thread in what fashion?

Answer me that. Or is the significance of my icon you are referring to?

If so then plainly state it.

Because this thread has to do with the significance of Mariolgy exiting in the first place.

This is what my posts stemmed off of. :) So now back to topic.

And your last post had nothing to do with Jesus birth, whereas neither did the first one really.

Back to the topic of the OP

ETA- I believe I have made my position readily clear as to why this section belongs here and as described by defintion belongs in the Theology section of the board. I think I have also made it readily clear that if someone wishes to dispute the existence of it being here then they should take their concerns to:
