The lunar calender the Hebrews used is not based on a 12 month solar calender. So it will vary depending on which year. You need a conversion chart and even then this can be disputed. Your best bet is to do a goggle search and guess.

The month of Adar roughly corresponds to the middle of February until the middle of March, but like the guy above said the lunar months of the Hebrew calendar move aroud a bit.
