Failing in trusting in Him and obedient to him as i say i trust in Him but action is different. And sometimes i feel if i fail him then that doesn't make me a christian.
Only God can help me and hopefully i will grow more in Him each day.
Can you name a completely obedient Christian in the Bible? I can't.
Peter acted hypocritically, acting one way with Gentile converts and another way with Jewish converts and Paul corrected him. Paul likewise struggled and eloquently described his angst in Romans 7. Furthermore, God saw fit to let Paul include his personal opinions among the inspired letters and his opinions sometimes conflicted with God's word. Paul wished all to be single but that flies directly into conflict with the first command God ever uttered to humanity: "
Be fruitful and multiply, subdue the earth and rule over it." Surely Paul knew better. The congregations in Corinth and Ephesus were a mess. One convert acted so reprehensibly that he had sex with his step-mother and the congregation did nothing about it! Paul treats these messy people as if they are members of the same body as his own, the body of Christ.
So, Princess, if you're not having sex with step-dad you're doing better than some

2 Peter 1:3-9
"His divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who called us to his own glory and excellence, by which he has granted to us his precious and very great promises, so that through them you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped from the corruption that is in the world because of sinful desire. For this very reason, make every effort to supplement your faith with virtue, and virtue with knowledge, and knowledge with self-control, and self-control with steadfastness, and steadfastness with godliness, and godliness with brotherly affection, and brotherly affection with love. For if these qualities are yours and are increasing, they keep you from being ineffective or unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. For whoever lacks these qualities is so nearsighted that he is blind, having forgotten that he was cleansed from his former sins."
According to Peter you have everything you need for Godly living and you, PrincessofGod18, can participate in the divine nature. You gotta add a few things to mix, like faith and goodness and a little affection for others but you have everything you need to live a Godly life. Peter says we may get nearsighted and lose focus because of one single simple problem:
We've been made clean
.
What do you do with the new sins? Confess 'em. God has an inexhaustible reservoir of forgiveness to dole out just for you. You don't have to share any of it, not even with me and I'm pretty sure I can give Paul a run for that title of "chief among sinners."
You, Princess, are a daughter of The Most High God. You are not your own; you are
His. He bought you with the shed blood of His Son and then He adopted you, made you royalty, and gave you an inheritance the angels would die for, but that is not their privilege. It's
yours. A gift from your heavenly Father. You're a daughter of The Most High God.
Act like it

.
And when you fall and mess up that beautiful white garment in which you're clothed remember the blood washes out all that mess.
