I would like cultures to have the ability to adapt the liturgy to their own circumstances.
I can appreciate that, but what would that entail, exactly? Would you at least retain the wording of the liturgy? Would you allow improvisation, dancing, etc.?

The rubrics already allow some improvisation. I would encourage further reflection on what is necessary and what can be varied.

I don't see dancing as inherently problematic. It can be done well, although I'd guess that the majority of time in the U.S. it is not.
