What make's a good Pastor?

My next door neighbor which is a Methodist pastor and told me he's healthy and doesn't believe in this virse and will not be tested for it. No telling how many of his church will get it from him if he has it. This has been on my mind after he told me. I have a family member that is a Methodist pastor in another state so I'm not writing this be mean.

To be honest I was expecting something completely different then what your post stated but to give you a proper answer in the right context I think that a good Pastor in the United Methodist Church is someone who will listen to and follow the directives that his/her Bishop and District Superintendent are giving in terms of how to handle this virus. A good Pastor will also take into consideration their congregants and their safety during this time even if it means having to temporarily disband services while shelter in place orders are in effect.
