Hi. I'm glad I can post here because I don't want to complain to my loved ones because I know they don't want to hear it and I just don't want to be a whiner. I haven't been diagnosed with anything because I'm not insured and can't afford to make any medical bills. I have been online to try and diagnos myself but I feel like a hypochondriac. I have partial numbness, pins and needles sensations, and muscle weakness all on my left side. I sometimes have a hard time remembering things or finding the right words to say and sometimes I am very fatigued. I have been dealing with progressive symptoms since 2003. The weakness and partial numbness is always there but there are times when I feel so bad and it's painful. And then there are times like today where it doesn't really bother me and I ignore the numb feeling because I can still function pretty well and as long as I'm not lethargic I can get things done. My mind has been pretty clear lately so I'm doing good. I wish there was someone I could talk to about these symptoms who knew what was wrong with me so I wouldn't feel so alone or like a hypochondriac trying to get attention because I'm not the type of person who needs attention, I also don't like to complain to much but when you are feeling bad sometimes you can't help it, you know what I mean. I don't really talk about it very much with my family because they will just say that I need to go to the doctor and I don't have insurance. I really don't like going to the doctor, I haven't had good experiences with doctors I feel like they just don't care and are ready to just give you a pill that they have to endorse because they get "extras" from the pharmecutical companies when they do. A lot of doctors today are not interested in the person just the money. And I don't like taking medicine. I only take medicine for the pain when it's to hard to tolerate it any longer but then I am worried that whatever is wrong with me can cut my life short and I have 3 little ones to worry about. Sometimes I think I just need to live by my father's philosphy which is it's better not knowing then knowing because as soon as you find out you start to go downhill. But then again if I find out and I can be given medications to stop the progression of whatever is happening to me, my quality of life can be better in the long run. I just don't know, and what if I have a chronic disease, then I will have medical bills I can't afford to have. I have noticed that my muscle tone in my left arm and leg have become weaker which is a new symptom. Oh well. I am responsible for myself and my children, I think I need to just go to the free health clinic and see what could be the matter but I don't like them. Last year I went and the doctor there and she made me feel bad. Like I was trying to get attention and was probrably just stressed and she really didn't take my symptoms seriously. So I'm just venting because like I said I don't want to complain at home because who wants to listen to a whiner. And that is what is wrong with me.

My teeth clench because of nerves so bad, that is causes me severe pain in my teeth and jaw bones and muscles. I also have muscle spasms in my shoulders daily from simply trying to control it. I have gone up for prayer time and time again.. I am still believing.

If this feels like you then you must be feeling pretty depressed. Don't worry though because there is hope. I am not a doctor but i have been learning from and following a couple health professionals such as Dr Joel Wallach and Phamacist Ben fuchs and their philosophy on health and healing empowers the individual to be able to take their own health into their hands. I can tell you from the little bit that I have learnt that you are suffering from significant nutritional deficiencies. The pin and needle sensation for one, is a magnesium and calcium deficiency among other things. The good news is that while the doctors may not know how to deal with your problem besides throwing dangerous drugs at it, your body already knows how to fix the problem. Your body is just lacking the stuff it needs to fix the problem and also is being exposed to stuff that is preventing it from fixing the problem. In a very simplistic way, this is the fundamental issue.
