My workout today was two times around the track, running up the stadium bleachers, 50 sit-ups, and 20 push-ups. That's just to get me off my butt and do something. I'm going to try to get up every morning this week and do the same. By next week hopefully I've found a nice workout on the internet I might like.

Mine might sound rather strange. I have Celtic music that I play then put on these shoes that make noise and do like some sort of riverdance/tap variation. Then I do some general exercising with small weights (like squatting, lifting legs, etc.).. Also general dancing to whatever music I feel like playing.

It's cool to read how different and unique everyone's workouts are, kudos to you all!! I believe the point of it all is: no matter WHAT kind of exercise you're doing, at least you're doing something!
me? I'm not a runner, but I REALLY enjoy "power" walking, about 2.33 miles every day. The only reason I know it's that much is thanks to mapmyrun.com, lol. Anyway, everyone keep up the great work and God bless!:clap:
