I run 3-5 miles a day (5x week), take a BodyPump class 2 xs week, try to do Pilates 2xs week. If I'm sore from running I'll do elliptical (full-body).

:wave: I am a strength athlete so I combine a lot of powerlifting, olympic lifting, strongman, etc..etc...I do a lot of heavy back and leg work, along with a ton of overhead pressing. I mix a lot of olympic work in...cleans, jerks, snatches, etc...I also do a lot of grip work. My reps for my main exercises are usually low...5 or less(almost always working up to a single heavy single)...my assistance work is either low or high reps depending on what it is. Along with the above I do hit each bodypart but those three above are my main focus. I actually dont do the flat bench press...so many people are infatuated with how much someone can bench...i could care less.. and dont bench, i may do some incline presses or floor presses, or some d.bell work for chest but no flat bench...Real men do standing overhead presses!
