What is everyone's workout routine?? I am always changing mine! I get really good exercises and stretches from magazines so I switch them up and see what I like best and what gives me the best results! I just found some great new torso exercises in More magazine, I think they will bring good results? Where do you find helpful exercises?

I haven't worked out in about 6 months, but I would like to get back to a routine of 3 times a week doing mostly upper body. I hate doing legs and I think my muscles contained therein are large enough.
I sometimes don't go because of lack of motivation or no one to go with.

What kind of toning video's do you do? I would like to tone my arms more, but I am never sure what to do. The only thing I have down is cardio and abs (and that is only because I have detailed instructions from the magazine)! I would love a video recommendation!
