Lately I have been listening to David Gray's White Ladder album.

That is a fantastic album Sign Of The Fish , I love every song, I particularly like "say Hello wave goodbye" with it's Van Morrison Astral Weeks ending

it certianly is a fantastic album and say hello wave goodbye is BY FAR my fav song on that album. Hes a brilliant man.

Yes , he's Scottish , and that song I think was penned by marc Almond of 80s band Soft Cell...........have you heared that version , it's cool too!

by Steve Hillage.........it is so cool , like you can hear a nod to his other work in some songs .........best guitar sound ever.

This week would have to be 0898 by the Beautiful South, a fine album, by a fine band virtually unknown in the US. The vocals and songwriting are both top notch.

i've been listening to mazzy star & hope sandoval incessantly recently. i made a little mix of all my favorites; which includes stuff from 'for tonight that i might see", "among my swan", and "bavarian fruit bread". song played the most right now, "take everything" from "among my swan"

Probably the robots, found on the mix, created by kraftwerk. I was gone for a while, so it was great to come home and just listen to it really loud. It was refreshing. beagnbag's whiplash is a close second.
