I like the term consistent preterist better than "full preterist'. It seems to focus on the consistent perspective of interpretation rather than forcing the outcome into a postion.

Keep in mind that all of the NT writings were written during the intercovenental age in which the Creators testimony to the world through the old covenant nation and it's priests would end. This effects ones perspective of 2 Peter 3, Heb 10, Eph 2, usage of the word age, etc.

Greetings and thanks. Wasn't there a thread on that awhile back? I will try and look for it.......

If, as some partial preterists believe, ALL of Matthew 24 is fulfilled, then I would believe All is fulfilled.

Here was my response to what is the most common objection to all the olivet being fulfilled and that particularly being the sun and moon darkening etc.

In Isaiah Those words were figures of speech of a change of political empowerment from the Babylonians to the medes/persians.
So also Jesus was making an association in his disciples mind to this idea because they would have had that awareness and knowledge if he/she was a knowledgable Jew living in first century AD.

Have you made the connection of Duet 32 to the "end time's" of the old covenant yet? In particular, read 32:42 in the NKJV. The meaning and interpretation seems to have been purposely obscured in the KJV.

Have you come to the 'partial' preterist understanding of Rom 11 in light of Pauls use of Duet 32 in Rom 10:19. ?
