my anti cut is as follows 1prayer
2reading scriptures that build me up like i have the mind of christ im more than a conquer the the head not the tail thats my frist response always but there are times when i need to distract my self if any of you have taken dbt you no what im talking bout and then if and if all else fales i grab a red markerand i mark my body or ill get a ruber banand snap my rist

I made a promise to my counselor not to do it anymore, and if i felt compelled to it, to follow a plan (trying to deter myself, going to others for help, going to a public place) so that i wouldn't follow into it.

This is kinda redneck but since the season opened on the 21st of last mnth fishing has kept the urge down... But now I've been too sick to go out fishing for the past 3 days and stuck home alone feeling negative...

When I cut to end up hurting myself, it was usually the fact that I'd need to show mum, or thinking about how much it would hurt later on, or writing music.

I finally found one for myself.

Hurting my friends, who know. Me and another friend are trying to stop together, it hurts her so bad when I do slip up so i just think about her face.

Also the thought of my parents knowing that I have slipped up, they only found out about this, this year so I dont know there reaction to me slipping up. And I dont want to find out, ever.

mine is a high school robotics team i work with. and if i get the chance when i want to cut i look at the award submission that the students wrote about me and it reminds me that as much as i feel worthless there is people out there that needs me and i need to get better for myself and for them. i can usually go the longest without cutting when i am spending time with them.

I was having one of those days on the last day of school. I was on metal art class and there are som sharp things there that I could steal. I knew better though, I took a pen and rolled up my sleve and made my friends sign it I just told them I didn't have a yearbook!
