Unless I am the only thing in existence, I don't believe it's within my ability to definitively state what the meaning to all existence is. Furthermore, I don't desire to.

Suffering is temporary, leaving joy in its wake.
How negative. While joy might not be inevitable, life certainly encompasses this no less.

I don't know if it is possible, but I very much doubt it. And even if we can and do contact something or some being we would be limited in our ability to objectively prove it.
Consider Flat World. A 2 dimensional being would have a hard time comprehending 3d. Within their handing and ability to prove things the 3rd dimension is unprovable, though less than conclusive evidence could be derived. I could pass a sphere through Flat World and it would be a growing then shrinking circle. How would they know if it is a circle or interaction with anything beyond? They can't.

I mean "our" existence. It is the only one accessible to us. Even if you accept an after life, that existence is separate and requires your destruction in this existence.

To many Buddhists, for example. Non-existence (dissolution of existence in this realm as we know it, entering into another form of existence incomprehensible to those in this existence) is eternally blissful.
