beef stew. thb, this was my first attempt and i know i can do better. personally, it's too thin. i used beef broth. and some of the ingredients included: carrots, potatoes, onions, tomatoes, & ox tails. im about to throw in some frozen corn in the mix too

Beef stew was one of the first things I made in the slow cooker and still is one of my favourites. I would totally add some corn. That's just my preference though.
And sometimes if my stew is a little thin, I take some of the broth in a cup, mix in some corn starch, add it back, give it a stir and let it boil again. It'll thicken up a little more, hopefully just how you prefer it.

yes. corn starch you say? yes, this is way too thin. would adding the CS make it gravy like with what comes in a can of stew?

Earlier, had the subway roast beef special and the guy there was nice enough to cut it all up into small pieces for me to eat with a fork. This is tedious but, how it is going to be for some time. ugh
