No gravity is a theory, evolution is a catchall interpretative frame of reference. Interpreting what happen in terms of organisms changing.

Nope, I would suggest that you Google search what a scientific theory is. Evolution is both a theory and a fact in the same way that gravity is both a theory and a fact.
Because the theory of evolution says nothing whatever about the existence of God one way or another, or about sin and our salvation in Christ. It contradicts no essential point of Christian doctrine.

A Christian does not have to prove the Theory of Evolution is false, it is False by the use it's own declaration, "I am a Theory of Evolution"

But even with all of that, there wasn't ever any denial of God or Christ, as you espouse, therefore it does not apply to them as it does to you.

God is informing all of mankind, (Including You) there are ramifications for your choices (Decisions).
It's totally your choice, He is not forcing you to chose one or the other, you are now expressing your opinion on the matter, there isn't and has not been any coercion from Him to force you to Believe, whereas He (God) is warning you, there are things in the future of every human which will depend on the decisions (Beliefs) they express today.
