If you actually bothered to study these things you would be aware that chimpanzees routinely teach their fellows cultural skill such as tool use. You can of course choose to ignore this fact since it would sit uncomfortably with your beliefs.

There are none. If there were we would see such evidence published in the appropriate scientific journals describing such evidence. The only opposition to the theory of evolution is based on religious beliefs, special pleading and the misrepresentation of the science involved in ToE. Having said that, I have no problem with anyone not accepting ToE, other than basing that non acceptance of deliberately misrepresented science. Enough said.

According to that reasoning, then all life must be dwindling since its origin. The laws of thermodynamics have nothing to do with evolution and everything to do with how we measure and understand heat temperature and their relation to energy and work.

the 1st and 2nd laws say something completely different. These laws deal with heat and heat transfer. They have nothing to do with evolution.

All we have seen is, I don't believe it, I don't want it to be true or I don't understand evolution so it can't be true.

Are you messing with us with these old, long debunked arguments?
1. Energy can actually be created, from matter being converted into it. It just can't come from nothing. BTW, this has nothing to do with evolution whatsoever.
2. The thermodynamics issue would only matter if our planet was a closed system. It isn't, we are constantly getting bombarded with energy from the sun.
3. Evolutionary theory is about how populations change over time in response to environmental changes, as a result of natural selection pressures and mutations, etc. It makes no statement that anything is getting "better", just that organisms across generations inherit traits passed down from those in the population with the most reproductive success. In that way, an Olympic gold medal winner that lives to be 100 and has no children is considered less evolutionarily "fit" than a person with Parkinson's that dies in their 50s and has 5 kids before that point. Survival of the "fittest" is more like "survival of the most promiscuous".
4. There is no evidence for the soul, and even if we did have them and they were made out of energy, energy can and does dissipate and change form, so that wouldn't make souls immortal any more than the preservation of matter makes our physical bodies immortal. You can thank that same law of thermodynamics you incorrectly use to try to disprove evolution for that.
