I have wondered what the difference is, I know it is good to get into the Word daily, and I enjoy it ..but do devotions mean the same thing?

What is the difference between "devotions" and "daily bible reading"?

No, friend. One can praise the Lord and worship Him all day wherever they are by communion with God through the Lord Jesus (note John 14:6 and all of that chapter). That is devotion. A Bible study is reading the Word and prayerfully asking God for teaching for our learning and His honor. That, of course, can be the result of devotion.
One can visit the good site at biblecounsel.net to learn about Bible truth and see what God intends for His testimony. There is much there for one's learning. Look up always!

I Feel like devotions are encouraging words based on the bible, although they may include scripture.
And bible reading, is, you guessed it.. one reading their bible.
