Some people say that other people have nothing to offer them. I decided to apply that rigorously to our church. What would Adventist doctrines look like if we had always followed that principle? I know that, for starters we would never have accepted the Sabbath from the Seventh-day Baptists. Thank God for the Baptists. Can you think of any other "relatives" we have?

I say thank God for Martin Luther. Where would the reformation be without him.
