Stars. Humans. Plants. If they have beginnings and ends.... WHY does that mean everything has a beginning and end?
.
But they even admit not everything has a beginning and an end. Rather than the universe being eternal they like to add on one more layer of complexity because that somehow makes it simpler.

I sure hope people arent believing in God because of these first-cause or watchmaker arguments.

don't you agree that everything has a craetor/ maker?
who made/created the star and why did it explode?

this is what God says:

I see Creation itself as it's own Creator/Maker. In the same breath, as lover of God, I'm unable to separate the Divine from Creation. They are one and the same.

That doesnt make sense.
.
OTOH, I see no reason why all aspects of reality MUST make sense to the human mind.

I am of the opinion they don't believe in anything much at all. There is just the illusion of knowing things. A 'nicer' facade for "I don't know".

if stars have life cycles, humans, animals and plants also have life cycles , this means that everything has a begining and an end. who causes this?
Nope, cycles continue. There is no beginning or end to cycles. The form may change, but the cycle continues on.

place to do that, I would maybe post a notice at the location and hope for a hit.
I found a very expensive photo tripod left on PCola beach where lots of people do family portraits. No name, number or anything but I figured they'd be back to look. I left a notice and got a call...... She identified it with the brand and said to check if one leg wouldn't collaspe. B I N G O
When she ask why I did that I just replied "because it's the right thing to do"
Made me feel good down to my little toe

Why doesn't it make sense that Creation itself is it's own Creator/Maker?

It's what we see happening!!

.
It sounds like you are talking about change, rather than creation.
.
That doesnt speak to an origin for "all this", which is what the creationist demands.

I think saying something is its own creator is always a little dubious. Saying something doesn't need a creator or even just a cause might be better.

I don't know how to separate the origin of "all of this" out from itself. It's all One. It's it's own cause.

If there is any copper in the watch, and I suppose this also may be the case with other metals, but I read about copper mining, miners work in very dangerous jobs in order to get the metal out of the earth and sometimes die in the mines. We tend to take these things for granted, and we really don't appreciate the "stuff" we have and what it takes for the raw materials to be acquired and the fact that it can be very dangerous and someone could have died while getting the copper that is in pipes in our house or in the pennies in our wallet.

Cause is a relationship in time between something old (the cause) and something different and new (the effect). To say "All this" or "The Universe" has a cause, that means there was something else previous to it.

I think the flavor is changed somewhat when we look at the Universe as it's own cause with nothing previous to it, except it Self. It's a mystical way of looking at Life being it's own Creator with no beginning or ending.

No, not necessarily.

who made/created the star and why did it explode?

The way stars are formed and the reason they explode is not a mystery. You can keep asking me why but I've already linked to the answer. Pick up a science text or watch a video. The answer is right there for you to find.

this is what God says:

Holy books are not science books and should not be used as such.

I will be very glad to answer the question, thank you for asking. Everything was created by God, who is eternal and who always existed.

As an atheist, you don't believe in God so please tell me where everything came from. Thanks so much. :)

hmm.....I give up. Now please tell me what caused the extinction of the dinosaurs.....
