What happens to the murder victim if he/she is not a Christian once the murderer is forgiven?

If the victim is not a Christian, will he/she be saved once the murderers sins have been forgiven and washed away by turning to Jesus? It seems to sound unfair otherwise, given that the murderer has been provided the chance to turn to Jesus even though he/she has deprived the nonbelieving victim of such a chance.

Everyone has an appointed time to die. This would include the method. The wages of sin are death.

Some murder victims are murderers, themselves.

Some murder victims are believers, and have eternal relationship with God.

Some murder victims have no relationship with God, and go on to their end.

It is wise to remember that God holds all of the world (and all of its events) in His hands. Noone dies without God, ... who would have been persuaded to reconcile with God otherwise. God exhausts all options to bring His children home.

You're looking at this question through the eyes of man. God doesn't care how you died. We all are deserving of hell, even the most 'innocent' of human being.

People - regardless of how they die - are judged by God and that judgement determines their end in the afterlife.

Those who aren't covered by faith, having both Jesus's righteousness credited to their account and their sins removed from their account, will be judged according to their deeds.

Scripture teaches us that is not a position anyone wants to be in, as we are all enemies of God and our deeds filthy rags.

So yes, speaking hypothetically, a murder victim can potentially be judged negatively while the one who committed the murder be found in Christ when he dies, and now forgiven of sin, be saved from the judgement.

Chance has nothing to do with it. I expect you mean, opportunity.

But nobody condemned to perdition has any excuse. The murderer has no power over the end of his victim; both are pieces in the game.

God looks at the heart .... and only He knows the heart. Salvation it totally up to Jesus. We do not and can not know anyones heart. We do not know who will or will not be saved.

What about people who never heard the Gospel at all.

There is no question that there will be people in heaven who never have heard the gospel. “Among the heathen are those who worship God ignorantly, those to whom the light is never brought by human instrumentality, yet they will not perish. Though ignorant of the written law of God, they have heard His voice speaking to them in nature, and have done the things that the law required. Their works are evidence that the Holy Spirit has touched their hearts, and they are recognized as the children of God.”

Also not all those who profess to be Christian will necessarily be saved because they identify themselves as such. (ie Lord, Lord)

People who are not Christians have been saved most likely, so I will respond to this question as "if the victim is not saved when they die..."

If they were damned they will remain so. If they were saved they will remain so. It is not contingent on what someone else does. Another thing to note: Hell is not a chance it is a choice. No one "missed their chance" to go to Heaven, they fully and willfully chose not to despite God's grace.

Yeshua said "If you did it to the least you did it to me. " So how we treat each other is a criterion.

I don't believe that they were denied a chance. God knew when that person was going to die. He knew their heart. I believe that they would have had an opportunity to accept the Lord - maybe they did except that your post is about someone who is not a Christian, but can we ever know for sure? God is just and He is love.
