Anything, if obsessed over enough, can force someone to kill another person.Well, wow lol where is this topic going..porn or game?
I play Medieval Total War II
such a wonderful game, to be honest. Thinking lot
It doesn't have lots of violence, just war. Almost no blood but I can't really explain, this game doesn't feel bad as others ex. shooting games.
Anyways, you simply don't understand effects of pornography addiction Dannager. Let's just "go away" from the religious* doctrine, it's deadly as killing somebody. In fact, pornography can lead a person to kill somebody. It's been proven and has been committed ALL ACROSS America and the world. It's sin, alright. Sin is deadly as in physical, mental, and spiritual.

I present to you, exhibit A: Christianity.
Your witness.
Unless I misread something terribly, I took him to be saying extreme Christians have been known to kill people, and use this as an example of how obsession to the extreme is bad..
Are you saying Christianity is subjected to pornography? (not making fire here, just questioning)

Ares is also irrational and often un-predictable. God is supposed to be benevolent.Of course not, you aren't Christian. It's kind of like how you say you won't play God of War because it might anger Ares. Someone who doesn't believe in Ares might say, "Dude, it's just a game, it's not real." Because the content might lead you against your personal ethos, their advice can't really apply to your situation.
I'm just saying that anything obsessed over enough can cause someone to commit inhuman acts such as murder and/or rape, including religion - and Christianity is no excuse to the rule..

That killing of pornography is caused by one's desire for satisfy themselves and this, which leads to rape then kill.
However, radical Christians believe in what they believe, it's NOT addiction like pornography.. not that I'm defending radical Christians who kills because what they think is justified, I can't compare these two different issues.
Are you speaking of games that exist, or you just don't feel that anything in a game could ever be wrong?I really don't agree. I don't think there are any games that are unacceptable for everyone. Everything is subjective.
I highly doubt that'll ever become a game or be put into any mainstream media. EVER. As for Leisure Suit Larry, well, that's hardly the extent to where games will go. That game is cheeky and meant to be humorous at most and the only way to get the full AO rated game is to buy it from the website, so for children to get a hold of it would be very very difficult. So, like child porn and stuff too...or does it end somewhere...I mean is Liesure Suit Larry the limit...or no?
Doom an't as bad as other games, your killing other people in it.
But what about James Bond? I doubt anybody would say its EVIL! but he's shooting people from start to finish!
In Doom, your killing creepy, nasty zombies.
If we tried to ban all violent games, think how boring it would get.
Some people even go overboard and say MARIO is violent!!!
