Oh ok sorry you feel this way. It is my opinion that Christ fullfilled the law and prophets and the Catholic Church historically is this fulfillment and the kingdom of God on earth.
Great. That's why we can all walk along together on Sunday, even if we enter into different church buildings. However, the idea that Christianity is supposed to be identical to Judaism is simply a non-starter of a proposition, if you ask me.

We don't have to do all the things the Jews did but we can easily see how so much of our history and theology is fullfilled in them and many of their practices. Kinda beautiful and consistent if you ask me.
Well, sure. But that isn't what you were saying before.

I'll paraphrase and add that to the list of errors; that is, RC is a continuation of Levitical priesthood and laity tribes.

Oddly RC accepts that Jewish practice of prayer for the dead, yet rejects the Jewish teaching that Macc isn't inspired.

The papacy is ultimately the seat of Moses, beyond the fact that it is the chair of Peter.

I just goes hand in hand with Christendom being New Israel.

Where do you find that teaching (seat of Moses is the chair of Peter) in your CCC or bulls?

Big difference between teaching and practice. In teaching, the tenets are taught. In practicing, they are practiced. We take a lot of the practice, because liturgy is the highest form of worship of God. But we don't look to the Jews to determine our dogma and doctrine.

It's funny that Jews (might) say that Maccabees isn't inspired, and yet that teaching didn't come for a couple hundred years after Christ, and yet, and yet the Jews do practice Hannukah, which is only made mention of in Maccabees...kinda weird. The reason the Jews even named a Canon of Scripture was to poke the Christian faith in the eye. So I guess we can assume the same with Protestants...
