my name is shannon and it's just sad. it's a river in ireland. i always hoped it would be one of those cool meanings, whatever, oh and my last name isn't much better.

and All that know of my Surname is that we come from France and ran to Great Britian to live untill we came to the States (which was about 5 years). It has been passed down from generation to generation, that it was changed over the years because of a feud between two brothers. We do not know of the original spelling or pronunciation.
